The North Pole Project, much like other ambitious Vision 2030 development plans throughout Saudi Arabia, places a significant emphasis on sustainability and modern living. As we move into an era where environmental concerns are at the forefront of global discussions, this innovative endeavour aims to redefine urban living by incorporating forward-thinking concepts and developing urban areas through a more environmentally aware lense.

Similar to other major city plans across the Kingdom, the North Pole Project will focus on creating sustainability focussed, modern living options including vertical living concepts like those to be found in NEOM's The Line. Aiming to produce and use solar energy, and to give residents access green areas The North Pole Project will also feature futuristic approaches to transport including air taxis, autonomous vehicles and other advanced transport options such as high speed trains.

The integration of green spaces, eco-friendly technologies, and efficient resource management underscores the intentions of the Kingdom's Vision 2030 to develop futuristic and advanced cities with a positive ecological footprint. Central to the North Pole Project and the new city will be the Rise Tower.

Rise Tower is set to be the world's tallest tower.

Although the exact height of Rise Tower is yet to be confirmed or announced, it has been rumoured that this building may reach a height of two kilometres. However, one thing is for certain in order to clinch the title of 'the tallest tower in the world', the building would need to surpass the 828 metres of Dubai's Burj Khalifa. The Burj Khalifa secured the title of the tallest building in the world upon its opening in 2010.
