Beginning on May 1 and running for a limited time period, the Jo Malone London Afternoon Tea Experience promises guests a sensory journey which will combine the Fairmont Riyadh's much-loved Afternoon Tea experience with the luxurious scents and notes that define the most iconic fragrances created by Jo Malone.

A quintessential British tradition, afternoon tea is a ritualistic finger-food dining experience divided into three stages. Typically presented on a three-tiered platter, it usually features a layer of delicate sandwiches, another of freshly baked pastries or scones, and finally a selection of miniature cakes or desserts. As the name might suggest, the culinary afternoon delight is often accompanied by a pot of freshly brewed hot tea.

Starting with savoury flavours, this plate will include delightful bites such as the Salmon Éclair featuring crisp cucumber and creamy avocado, complemented by a hint of lemon zest. Next, guests can savour a Grilled Halloumi Cheese paired with tender zucchini and tangy pickled walnut, served with a freshly baked baguette and pesto dip.

For an ultra indulgent mouthful, guests will love the Molten Gruyere Fondue: infused with a house-made, black truffle tapenade, this will be flavour sensation.
